Do You Believe in Ghosts?

A new column’s up on The Dabbling Mum.

“The other day in a parking lot, I walked past a little girl as she skipped along holding on to her father’s hand. She chattered away, and as I neared, I heard her proclaim, “You know what, Daddy? You know who Casper is? Did you know he’s my favorite ghost?”

I couldn’t help but chuckle and wonder how many ghosts she knows!

New Parenting Column – Dabbling Mum – Draw Close

A new column’s up on The Dabbling Mum.

“I loved bathing my baby. After I checked the water temperature with my elbow, I took great care to lower him into the tub. He splashed and played, while I did my best to wash the folds and crevices on my fat baby. I drew his wriggling body from the now tepid water and wrapped him in a soft, fluffy towel. He’d start to relax as I diapered, powdered, and dressed him. Then I’d draw him close as I fed him, his body snuggling into mine for warmth and nutrition…”
